Operational Excellence Information Sessions Series
In today’s competitive climate, business owners face diverse challenges – from people issues to operational problems to concerns about growth.  This series addresses these topics and provides participants an opportunity to learn from each other.

Please join us for a lively and productive discussion over coffee on the following dates:

October 2:  Streamlining Administrative and Business Processes
Administrative inefficiencies can be difficult to see and bottlenecks sometimes are not obvious.   Too often, organizations ignore these wastes and delays.  You can produce greater value with higher quality in less time when Lean strategies are applied in your front office. You will learn how to visualize a business process, be able to see any waste, and learn about the tools to drive that waste out.

November 6:  Leadership Effectiveness
Many businesses rely on long-tenured managers who gained their supervisory skills through years of “on the job” experience.  As this generation retires, the position is typically filled by a promotion of a high performing team member.  However, high productivity does not always translate to effective managerial skills.  For many people – both the newly promoted person AND the team members, this experience is difficult, draining, and disappointing.  Learn about tools and techniques that new and seasoned leaders can adopt in order to transform the experience of managing to a joyous one.

December 4:  Business Growth Planning
Reaching your potential markets is no longer about sales brochures, logos, and catchy phrases.  Successful companies are embracing a holistic approach that focuses on understanding the current situation, identifying internal capabilities and customers that can be served by them, and then reaching them in new and old ways.  You will be able to asses your current situation and learn about the changing role that marketing plays.
